Last year my Father was diagnosed with cancer. At the end of February he went into the hospital to have his bladder removed. While this was a risky surgery, his doctors did not foresee any major issues. After the surgery he was in a lot of pain, but more than what would be normal. Because of his already weakened state (diabetes, cancer, among other health issues), his body had trouble healing and the stitches that held his intestines together broke open. He was rushed in for a second emergency surgery, …

I spent my New Year’s eve with Stan, Lily and my sister’s boys (ages 3 and 5). We went to the arcade, watched the Jungle Book, and fell asleep by 10pm. I have to say, add a little Martinelli and it was pretty much a wild party.
I have soo many pictures to post from the last few weeks. Frustrated though, the upload feature of this website is down. Hold on as long as you can, I am working to fix it.

I have two amazingly wonderful glorious announcements to make.
I fit into my old pre-pregnancy jeans! By chance, this morning all of my normal jeans were dirty and I thought, just maybe, I could squeeze into an old pair. But they slipped right on. It was a glorious moment and if I had a picture of my face at that moment, I would frame it. My pre-pregnancy weight was 126 but by end the end of it I was 184.
